This course is designed for the non-finance manager working in an environment where he/she has financial responsibilities and requires knowledge of business finance.

The AIMS of the course is to enable participants to understand profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow statements and operating budgets. Read, understand and interpret financial information and make an important contribution to their business or organisation.
