2391 – 50 – Level 3 Award in Initial Verification and Certification of Electrical Installations
2391 – 51 – Level 3 Award in Periodic Inspection and Certification of Electrical Installations.
2391 – 52 – Combination of both the 2391-50 and 2391-51
In order to meet the criteria to be graded as a JIB Approved Electrician, you will require both 2391-50 and 2391-51 qualifications. To achieve this we offer the combination course 2391-52 which combines both Initial and Periodic Inspection.
The 2391-52 course is delivered one day per week for six weeks which includes the examinations.
We are highly privileged to have Mr Lyle Dunn tutoring this course and the combination of his excellent instruction and hard work from each candidate is the secret to successful results in the challenging examinations. Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations is highly specialised work and requires a high level of competency. In order for to be successful, delegates must be prepared to work hard before and throughout the course. We recommend that you purchase a copy of Guidance Note 3 and to start reading. Remember to buy the current edition which has a brown band at the bottom of the cover – this is up to 18th Edition amendment 2.
It is advised that you have completed the 18th Edition course before enrolling on the 2391-52 course, however it is not compulsory.
